Take a short tour of the Your Accounts section to see the exciting new features that can help you quickly and easily find the account and service information you’re looking for.
Your Accounts Login Page
The Your Accounts login page provides convenient access to all your accounts including:
- Your annuity and insurance products from Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
- Your mutual fund and brokerage accounts from Thrivent Investment Management Inc.
- Your Thrivent Financial bank account and transaction information.
In addition to accessing your accounts, you can:
- Register another user.
- Retrieve a forgotten user ID.
- Change your password.
- Learn more about the financial products and services we offer.

My Accounts
My Accounts provides a high-level summary of all your accounts. To view the account details, click on an account name in the Description field.
My Accounts also provides quick and easy access to your financial representative’s contact information.
Update your personal contact information in three easy steps:
- Click on Edit My Information.
- Update the request form.
- Click Submit.
Go ahead and bookmark this page. However, you'll need to provide your user ID and password before accessing.

Account Detail
Get detailed account information including:
- Values
- Billing
- Payment history
- Loans
- Allocations/withdrawals
- Surrenders
Note: Available detailed information varies for each account type.

Payment Information
View payment activity for the past 24 months, including:
- Effective date
- Payment amount
- Source of money
Payment activity can for sorted by any column in ascending/descending order. Simply click the red arrow in the column heading to sort on that column.

Adjust Text Site
Tired eyes making it difficult to read your My Accounts pages? Maybe changing the size of the text will help. Choose from one of four text size options in the Adjust Text Size box (right-hand column), by clicking on the desired size.
Printer Friendly
Click the Printer Friendly link on a My Accounts page to print your account information without the My Accounts navigation.

My Personal Information
Members can apply address and telephone changes to members of their household. From this screen members can enroll in e-delivery for financial documents such as mutual fund statements, prospectuses and annual reports.

E-delivery
You can enroll in e-delivery by editing your personal information with My Accounts on Thrivent.com.
Paperless documents currently provided through e-delivery are:
- Mutual Fund Statements, Prospectuses, Annual and Semiannual Reports and Supplements
- Variable Annuity Prospectuses, Annual and Semiannual Reports and Supplements NEW!
- Variable Life Insurance Prospectuses, Annual and Semiannual Reports and Supplements NEW!
- Variable Settlement Agreement Prospectuses, Annual and Semiannual Reports and Supplements NEW!

Online Payment Center
Using the Payment Center on Thrivent.com you can make one-time, online payments for:
- Traditional Life.
- Universal Life.
- Variable Universal Life.
- Fixed Annuities.
- Variable Annuities.
- Group Bill Accounts.
- Disability insurance, long-term care insurance, Med Supp.
- Mutual fund purchases.
Getting Started
- Log in to Your Accounts. Click on a Pay Now or Purchase Now button that appears next to the contract or account you wish to pay.
- Set up your bank account information. The first time you visit the Payment Center you will need to establish your financial institution and bank account. Your financial institution information will be saved.
- For an Annuity or Insurance product, select the Premium Amount displayed for your contract type. For a Mutual Fund product enter the amount you wish to invest into your account. Note: contract or account minimums may apply and you will not be able to make a payment or purchase less than your premium or minimum purchase threshold.
- Click Submit to authorize your payment or purchase.
- At the confirmation screen, answer your unique challenge question to complete your payment or purchase. Check your e-mail for payment or purchase confirmation.
